1) Smart Space have provided Mitchell Powersystems with a 20 by 25 metres open-ended covered loading bay

2) The Smart Space quick build system uses strong, but light weight, roll-formed steel sections in place of conventional hot rolled steel

3) The light weight permanent steel extension is clad in ocean blue panels and matches the existing warehouse

4) Vehicles can be loaded and unloaded under cover, there is more outdoor storage and more space within the main warehouse has been released

5) Light weight modular constructions can usually be installed in a fraction of the time and cost of conventional buildings
